I am new, have T since Dec. 2014. I am mostly over the frightening stage and am still finding ways to cope. Its good to be encouraging one another. I hear some hissing but mostly stretched out buzzzing, crackling, grinding sounds. I have it for hours at a time on and off, mostly a couple sessions a day....maybe more. It leaves me with a headache if it goes on long enough. I try to eat healthy, get exercise (mostly walking), sleep lots(when it doesnt stop me); and keep praying hard. Gotta keep close to the greatest physician ever.
