Enlarged Tonsils After Loud Noise?

Hey All, I've noticed that after loud noise my left tonsil becomes enlarged. Has anyone ever had this symptom? My tinnitus comes and goes with anxiety and doesn't really bother me much in general. I don't have it at the moment but I noticed after going to the movies, the theatre and using my hairdryer this week that I got a moderate pain and heat in my left ear and my left tonsil feels swollen and larger than the right one. It goes away after a few hours. My left ear also always has the most severe tinnitus.

I'm not overly concerned but if I'm having a physical reaction to loud noise then I'll take more care in future. I guess I should be anyway....
