I like going to the movies but I fear the loud noise could make my tinnitus worse. Tonight I went to a roller skate rink for adult night and wow... so loud. I asked if it would be quieter during day hours and I was told the volume is the same. I had fun but still... I couldn't hear myself talking to the employees, that's how loud it was. I wish society was more tinnitus friendly.

Noise pollution is awful, cochlear nociception doesn't work until after the ear is already damaged.

Please be more careful and try to stay away from loud noises. At least wear hearing protection. You might be one of the people whose T doesn't spike as a result of loud noises. But there are certainly others whose T got worse after those exposures.
