Can anyone share a good at home exercise that helps them tie together their day? Or at least some nightly routine?
Sometimes I feel extremely jumpy at random hours (nothing to do with my tinnitus tho).
My parents don't believe in taking medication for anything so I can't take a melatonin or anything to calm myself down.
I've tried cutting out sugar but it hasn't done too much for me.
