Exposed to Party Snap Noise Makers — How Loud Are They?

Hi, I was about 25 feet from some kids using party snappers on the sidewalk. They didn't sound as loud as regular firecrackers but were loud enough to cause a spike. Does anyone know the decibel level of this item? Thanks.
