Has anyone used Flexeril for Somatic tinnitus? I have it in just the left ear and my doctor thinks it is caused by muscle tension. BTW, I don't have TMJ, have tried upper & lower mouth guards w/o any relief. Also, has anyone tried massage neck therapy?

I've tried Flexeril, it didn't help me much. Neck massages definitely make me feel better, but since my T is hard to pin down I can't tell for sure if they really work unless I get a neck massage every single day for multiple times a day.

@americomseminars, I took a small dose of Flexeril one night last week and woke up next day to silence. Thru out the day the hissing came back, but that was the only time in 6 weeks that it went completely away. For me clonozapam takes alot of it away but not all of it, but I've only took a low dose every time I took it. Was afraid to take a larger dose. Not sure I know what somatic t is.
