Fluid in Ear — Inflammation Decreasing

Does anyone ever experience the sensation of fluid dripping out of your inner/middle ear?

I'm assuming this is related to swelling/inflammation decreasing after my acoustic trauma from loud noise. Ever since I started taking anti-inflammatory steroids I've had this sensation every now and then. I was wondering if anyone had a similar experience.

Yes i sometimes get that sensation, it seems like it releieves the sensation of fullness I sometimes get.
