Full Blown Panic

I have really loud tinnitus. I haven't coped with it without masking yet. One of my hearing aids died on me today and I have to ship it off to get it fixed. I honestly can barely function without it... Pathetic I know.

To make matters worse, I have a new job where I absolutely can't call in sick. Honestly no fucking clue how I'm getting through next work week without it, I just had the first panic attack of my life just thinking about it.

Any advice appreciated... Thanks...

 

The best I can come up with is playing something on your phone to help with masking. I wish I had a better answer for you. You have time to prepare mentally and physically so take advantage of Sunday to do just that. I wish you success.
