Full Feeling and Ringing in Ear

I had a bad headache/migraine today and I felt light headed and a little dizzy. I also felt pressure in my head and face. I took two paracetamol and I feel the headache going away.

However, when I was lifting a chair upstairs I suddenly felt a pressure full feeling in my left ear which made my hearing seem muffled and with it ringing in the ear.

The strange thing is that the full feeling muffled hearing and ringing becomes worse when I am in a silent room. Also I feel my jaw and neck becoming tense. Please advise.

 

I feel a bit better now but does nobody know what caused this?

Glad you are feeling better.

Honestly not sure what caused this.... if it persists, may be best to see a doctor.
