      Back everywhere
Tinnitus was not big deal anymore !

Here is my mistake I attended to brake a wall with a big hammer.
I was wearing the helmet ....

With h I can't take care of my son anymore
      Hard to accept!!
I really hope I can go back to the state of mind I was before ....

Hi Jeremy from France :) was it a long time ago ? You have to give your ears a solid rest to begin with..Eat healthy things, take loads of vit c and magnesium, you can try NAC ( but you can't buy it in France, order from ebay or amazaon ) ; H goes away in time most of the times;;as for T , we don't know but it's very probable too. Except for a hard had, did you have any protection for the ears?
