Getting Worse Grrr

Hi there I am Jeremy from France I got tinnitus in nov 2014 noises trauma (race bike ).
at this time I was really in a dark place as you can imagine !
But over 6 7 month pain was gone h was ok I was able to start life again so I did .
Back on me bike
Back at work
Back everywhere
Tinnitus was not big deal anymore !
Everything was almost back even more got a house and a beautiful baby .
Here is my mistake I attended to brake a wall with a big hammer.
I was wearing the helmet ....
F.... Stupid I know !!
So now back in hell
Pain is back
Tinnitus is more noticeable
With h I can't take care of my son anymore
Hard to accept!!
I really hope I can go back to the state of mind I was before ....
I did it once I can do it again ?
My brain just need time to adapt to new sound ?

Hi Jeremy from France was it a long time ago ? You have to give your ears a solid rest to begin with..Eat healthy things, take loads of vit c and magnesium, you can try NAC ( but you can't buy it in France, order from ebay or amazaon ) ; H goes away in time most of the times;;as for T , we don't know but it's very probable too. Except for a hard had, did you have any protection for the ears?

 

It was a month ago and I was wearing earmuffs !
