Good Days, Bad Days... All Becoming Not So Important...

I used to live for the good 'low' tinnitus days...and be very disappointed with the loud days when tinnitus returned--usually with a vengeance--it is loud. This week, I went without masking on two consecutive bad days at work--in a very quiet office. I actually got so involved with what I was doing that while, I didn't actually forget about tinnitus, I went on in spite of it--I told a friend today that I can live with this. Now, when I came here tonight, instead of seeking help, I offered a bit and looked to the music thread because that gives me enjoyment. I love rock and roll, especially psychedelic rock--I'm just an aging hippie.
