      Today my ears are quiet.

      Yesterday as well.

      I'm very grateful.
Prior to that it was a week of ringing.

I was beginning to imagine no more quiet days but stayed positive and hopeful and really believe in positivity.

I'm two years with tinnitus and am grateful to have found Tinnitus Talk and always have it to turn to in my rough times.

There are many here who have it much worse off than I and my heart goes out to you if you are one who suffers very badly.

Thank you for taking the time to read this.
      Be well

      @Starthrower ...thank you!!
Well its now 4 days of quiet ears and my gratitude has doubled as well.

For those losing faith or hope right now there is always hope.
I am not only grateful for the quiet but to be alive as well.
My T has changed my life too.
Like you reading this its a moment to moment rollercoaster that we cannot seem to stop or get off.
So I tell myself or fool myself to be strong in the tough moments when I want to give up.
I am wishing peace to those suffering.

Hi. Well day 5 and 6 this week my ears were 3/10 but i am still feeling grateful they have not gotten worse.
I have now adopted the mantra that
      THIS TOO SHALL PASS...
It can become overwhelming if i don't distract myself.
I have been doing that with my audio hobby and music and so far so good.
I found an app called WHIST that i have used a couple of times while falling asleep.
It mocks the Levo system and quite frankly my T is quieter when i wake up and take out my ear buds.
Hey I'm just trying to get some relief like everyone else.
If you are suffering badly I send you only wishes for peace of mind.

I love Whist, it helps me immensely. How does it mock the Levo system? My ears were also REALLY quiet this week, not so much today, but the last 4 days

From my understanding, the Levo system does the same thing by matching your T tone and then listening to it while you sleep in order to get the brain to ignore your T when you're awake.
