Well guys i had ear irrigation this week. made my T easily 15% volume. however here I am a week later and its back full blast again... am I screwed I have no idea what to do anymore....

I see your new to tinnitus as well. I had mine a month now, still struggling. I have my good and bad days, but I think it will take time to heal. I have no idea what to do as well, I think we just have to give it time.
I've noticed a hot shower eases mine for about an hour afterwards, as long as I let the water sit in my ear for a few minutes in the shower. But it always returns. This condition is kooky.
