Had to Go to Bar for Work Meeting. Feel My Ears May Be Worse Even Though I Had Earplugs. Help?

I honestly don't think taking prednisone could hurt as long as the trauma was less than 2 weeks ago. It might also calm you down knowing that you've done all you can do. Why don't you consult with an ENT?

 

Took prednisone and feel a new tone is still around (Had to fight to get it too). Not sure what to think anymore. I’m so tired. I have done so much to prevent further issues and carry around multiple earplugs.

I got “forced” to go to a bar because of my job and now get this issue. I am so tired right now.

 

I’m so unhappy right now. I have done everything I can. I’m done being nice to people. I don’t care anymore. I’m so pissed off. I can’t believe this happened. Help me someone please?

 

Ears almost never recover overnight. The hope is that it will begin fading after a month or two...

 

Please keep in mind Melatonin boosts immune response while Prednisone is an immunosuppressant. Do not mix them, as I'm finding out right now.
