Separate names with a comma.
Basically, a fast with only water to drink for a certain number of days before finally eating again.
No, I don't know anyone who has been improved in this way.
I'd be careful. Starving yourself can damage your body.
What about a 2 day fast with plenty of water?
It also interests me, because I saw a documentary on BBC about dieting and eating less, which reduces igf-1 growth hormone. That way body reduces fast growth of new cells and goes in repair mode, repairing old damaged cells.
Interesting! Another weird thing I thought about is the Atkins diet or the ketogenic diet. Would that change anything?
I was just going to post about this! I started KETO this week and unfortunately it made my T worse. I stopped doing it and it went back down to baseline. That being said there are people that say that keto made it better or it stayed the same so I think it's different for everyone.
Wow that is a coincidence. Thanks for sharing that with me. I'm sorry to hear it went up for you. It would be difficult to precisely predict what would happen if I did it. Like you said, could make things worse or better.
yes I wouldn't advise a T sufferer against keto..it was just my personal experience.
Fasting made my t much worse. It may have other health benefits but I don't think I'll be trying it again any time soon
In my opinion when the body is on a died he becomes shocked and as it goes into survive mode all of your senses becomes very amplified. Event people without tinnitus as they go on a died usually they become more jumpy/nervous. So perception of tinnitus should go off the roof.
