Headache Tinnitus?

It seems that my T has progressed/changed from bilateral EEeee T in the first year or two to some sort of High freq T in my left ear ,then to Brain T and lately it seems to be mostly a headache T ?

Its literally such a physical type of Buzz that I feel that I have some sort of weird headache.
I have always referred to this as Brain T but it feels like its changing somewhat to a headache T, if that makes any sense? Almost like a classic kind of blunt/pressure headache, all over the back of my head.
I actually get a bit of relief pouring ice cold water on the back of my head.

There is certainly a "sound" to it but its very physical ?

I wonder is this is just how brain T works, progresses?

Anyone else with this headache type T ?

I get mild headaches from tinnitus and I'm not at all surprised considering what my T sounds like. I've seen a neurologist in the past and he described them as being stress related although I don't consider myself a stressful person. Maybe my tinnitus made me that way?

I just woke up this morning to a headache and loud T. Does this get better? I hate that I can feel my T.
