      Hi all.

I've had tinnitus for a little over a month now and it's been kinda crazy.

Today I had a yoga class and we were standing with our heads down for like 5 mins.
Suddenly my tinnitus just spiked like crazy and it took a while for it to return back to baseline.

Have any of you experienced anything like this?

I'm starting to think that I got liquid in my middle ear or something like that, I can hear cracking every time I open my mouth basically...

      Any input :)?

Don't do head stand? Or to be more precise downward facing dog.

Spiking is normal with tinnitus. No real rhyme or reason to it much of the time. Increasing activity even slowly can cause T to increase especially if your blood pressure changes.

It was the forward fold. But held it for like 5 mins.

I work out at least 3 times a week and run almost every day, it normally causes the T to go down.
I'm just wondering why it spiked because of me being on the head.. o_O
I'm thinking i might have a filled middle-ear because of it. :dunno:
Has any of you had a similar expenerince?
