So my affected ear is my right ear, and it seems to be getting better so far. However, I am hearing some high pitched sound in my other ear. It only lasted for a few seconds, but it's happened a few times within the last couple of hours. Hopefully it's only fleeting and nothing more. However, is there anyone who thinks it might be something else. I really hope not.

It is for sure just fleeting T.
If you have T (especially in the beginning), you are concentrating on your ears and hear fleeting T much more.
I had this in the beginning much more. If I think about it, these days, it becomes less. Cannot remember when I heard this the last time.
When I had no T, I never had fleeting T or cannot remember that I heard it at all.

So just ignore it as good as possible.

I too have also had this, it would happen all of a sudden a ringing noise in my (non effected) left ear which would last 30secs or more but it would always go away.

@Elliot it's fleeting T but it gets kinda creepy as it comes and goes whenever it likes. Especially when in our cases, it happens to the non affected ear too
