Hearing Additional Pitch on White Noise

Can anybody hear one or more additional pitch when listening to white noise? I have distorted hearing started from last week and I can hear multiple pulsatile sound on top of plain white noise. What is the cause of it?

Yesterday, when I was watching television, when my left ear was turned at the television, I could hear some additional noise along with my tinnitus. I don't hear that additional sound anymore, it was only that night. I am not sure what could cause it. Hopefully it settles itself down. Best of luck to you!
