      Tinnitus Since:
      2012
      Cause of Tinnitus:
Who knows? I have Patulous ET and ETD + Other things
Has anyone noticed that tinnitus and/or hearing loss had caused them to hear internal sounds louder?

I know of SCDS (Superior Canal Dehiscence Syndrome) being a cause of this which I have been given the all clear for. Only other thing I can think of is tinnitus and hearing loss has caused it because of auditory system being in hyper mode or something... Such as skull creaking, neck movements, sometimes my pulse. This happens on one side where my tinnitus is more severe than the other.

I now believe this is middle ear myoclonus.

      Tympanic Resonance Hypothesis

At times my voice, pulse, and head movements resonate from my neck to my ear.

Does anyone get these symptoms and had a diagnosis / cure?
