Hearing suddenly muffled, tinnitus gets loud for a moment

Anyone had their hearing suddenly sound muffled (like a water in the ear sensation), and immediately the tinnitus gets loud- and slowly returns to normal?
Mine does this repeatedly some days, and then never for many days.... don't understand why. Thank God it's not always that loud, and hopefully never will be.....
Anyone know why this happens?

 

Its called fleeting T.. I asked this question too before cause like 3 times a day i get Loud High pitched T that last up to 10 secs then dissapears.. Everyone says its nothing to worry bout and that almost everyone experiences it and it doesnt have an impact on your normal T sooo made me feeel better

Have you got your ears checked by an ENT specialist? I don't know what cause your condition. But I remember having similar ear muffing issue as if the ears were wrapped in a cocoon and T was much louder. That was caused by barometric pressure issue upon return on a flight. I was sick during the trip and the nose really congested, and nothing could cause the ears to pop (swallowing, yawning etc), and my hearing was muffed for a few days with louder T. It went back to normal after a week.
