I found that my good ear which was protected during acoustic trauma can only hear to 10.4 kHz. What can be the reason? I found also very small tinnitus in this ear when my tinnitus from other ear damaged during acoustic trauma went down. Can be this done by valsalva? To 8 kHz nothing changed. Maybe I didn't notice it until now.
Tinnitus is not high pitched and it occurs only sometimes. Other sound in that ear is popping like rain. Hearing frequency goes to 10.4 and suddenly go down. Reason of it can be previous acoustic trauma or rather valsalva?
