Can someone help me with these measurements it say mix 1 spoon approx 700mg but the spoon says 1ml so how man spoons will I need to put in

Materials will vary with their density. For water, 1 gram = 1 ml.

If the instruction is 1 spoonful of the substance, then that's pretty much it (i.e. 0.7 grams = 1 ml, in this case...).
