Help! Suddenly Much Worse!

So about 10 days ago I removed my last amalgamate. I suppose it has started few days after but I wasn't paying much attention since I am used to occasional spikes. But last Saturday I went to a concert, nothing super loud, felt really good and I always wear ear plugs. Although after I left it was really high pitch in my head - again I didn't pay attention since occasional spikes happen. But last two nights I could not sleep very well. It freaks me out that I have done some permanent damage to my poor ears. Any advises?

@black_halo . Hi . My tinnitus is all over the place sometimes high then low then super loud. Then I think what's making it worse music ? Something I've eaten? Medication? Stress? Thinking about it ? I think the worse thing you can do is think about it. T feeds of fear. I don't think you have damaged your ears at the concert you had plugs in them. It's just a cycle tinnitus goes through. Don't worry I'm sure you will be fine.
