Hey All

Hey everyone. My name is Joshua. I've had tinnitus since about 2001 and in the last few years it has become loud, multiple pitched, and constant. Just looking for any info that could help. Thanks.

 

Hi Joshua, Glad to welcome you to the forum Try and make sure you always have some background noise to give your brain something to concentrate on rather than your t, and also if you keep your self always thinking about things it helps keep your mind of your t, I do this and I don't have a huge problem with my t also I have constant, multiple pitched t which is fairly loud so if it works for me hopefully it will work for you!
