I never had any luck with any of the other ways to open my tube to pop my ears. This shoots a puff of air into your tubes while you swallow water. It is amazing. It started popping my ears right away, and after the ears popped, my T dropped in volume. If you can pop your ears with the Valsalva maneuver, then you don't need this.
I could not get my ears to pop and relieve the fullness, but this did it.

Nice that someone can relate. After otitis media clears up and my ears are healthy i’ll take a look at it. Maybe do anoher audiogram also to check if hearing improved or is the same.

Had a sudden drop in Tinnitus volume today: 1/10, my hearing feelt lower since i used a Qtip 2 days ago, it's probably wax buildup. Will check with ENT today.

I guess it's getting better aside from the wax issue, if anything more WAX should increase awareness of Tinnitus.

Hy! Update three months in, H still gone mostly, has to be really loud to bother, ear fullness went away for a week now. Tinnitus lingering but not as bothersome, spent a few full days without being bothered by it.

Right ear still hears slightly lower but have to focus on it to notice, so i might forget about it with time.

      Update 5 Months in:

H is completely gone, i had a gathering with friends after christmas, laughter and screams didn't hurt a bit. No spike afterwards as far as i can tell.

Tinnitus still lingering, some days bothering, other days i can't really notice it.

You have hearing losss, the audiograms are very inaccurate, they only measure the human voice range in silence.
This is common knowledge for anyone who stays informed within tinnitus communities

the experts responded, according to them the tonal audiogram is only for speech in the human voice range, they don't count hearing loss outside of speech in the human voice range unfortunately. that's very problematic

@Santiago Biagi I am glad your H is down and sometimes T is not noticeable. You mentioned ear wax, please be careful and not have a doctor use irrigation or suction to clean your ears (read up on it).

And the pic of you with you friends looks great! Keep on living life and making your way.

Havent been here in a while. If i sleep 8 hours its barely there. At late night and on my bed i can clearly hear it, but it isnt an issue to sleep, my reaction changed to it. This is my life now. Some rare days ill get sad but after doing cinemas, bars , etc (and being careful with earplugs) my T and H have only gotten better, so fingers crossed!
