Hi Everyone. I'm After Some Advice and Help.

hi all, i,m a 44 year old male and last weekend all of a sudden got a ringing in my left ear. was there for a few days and then my right ear started whch seems a bit more intense. can,t recall ever having this before. i do work in a factory but an electronics factory so not over loud. can,t see what has triggered this and whether it is tinnutus. not often exposed to loud music , noise etc, we flew for holiday 2 months ago whch gave me some pain for a bout a day but all good upto the weekend. i have had an occasional pain, ache in my ear since but not constant. doctors examined my outer ear and said all was fine and to wait 4 weeks or so to see what happens. anyone have similar or can shed any ideas on this. thanks al
