Hi.. From Singapore...

I suffered from tinnitus and hyperacusis since Sept 2014. I have ringing in both ears and my head and is driving me mad. Have not seen any support group in Singapore. Having difficult time coping as the sound is getting louder. I am very distressed by it. Any one can offer any help where I can find good medical Dr for this condition. Seen ent and told to live with it.
Everyday is a struggle...

Hows urs? I had mine just few days ago and due to right ear infection and body heaty. Not so sure if it will go away. Still praying hard and trying to ignore it.

Mine was somehow better than start but fluctuating.

How old are you? Where you stay? How is your T like?

Its been like 2 month now. And i am getting in the tinnitus but worse during the night if i am fatigue or tired. last week doctor checked my ear and found out that i have a hole in my eardrum which only started when i felt my ears r getting better without infection coming back. Right now is to see if my tinnitus would go away by itself or not. I am thinking probably due to my tmjd as well. how about u? Did u get better already?

Yes getting better but fluctuating between good and bad.

I have treated my hyperacusis with keppra and it could help lower your tinnitus. Give it a try and let us/me know how you get on with it.
