Hi everyone thought i would join and introduce myself first diagnosed with hearing loss and tinnitus in 2012 in left ear only had a lot of exposure to industrial noise so no big surprise. However have had a few episodes of vertigo and nausea early on then again just recently quite severe this time have a lot of muscle ache in shoulders and neck. Current Dr pushing meniere's disease however this does not explain the muscle soreness, had poor safety at workplace so left ear only is no surprise. When i massage my neck and shoulders the vertigo can increase and decrease so i am thinking it is related to that having another scan tomorrow so far over the last few years i have had CT scan MRI and ultrasound all show normal but none on vertebra only xray showing some wear in the neck vertebra. Will find what it is eventually but it is a PITA.

Welcome to the forum. If your vertigo is not from meniere's, then you may try this exercise to see if it can help reduce or eliminate the vertigo. I used this recommended exercise 2 times and my sudden vertigo which made me vomit violently just stopped. It hasn't come back since. This MD herself has used this to heal her vertigo. Give it a try. It doesn't hurt to try it to see if you can find a solution. Take care. God bless.
