Highest NRR Rated Reusable Ear Plugs?

Anyone knows of highest NRR rated reusable ear plugs? It seems it's faster to plug these reusable ear plugs then foam plugs in emergency situations.

I can get the foam ones in pretty quickly if I wet them in my mouth before compressing them. Not very hygienic but it works.
