Hissing?

I havent been monitorin my T too much lately.. Its mild but i just wanted to know if anyone that has hissing T is it like SSSSSSS in high pitch? My right ear sounds like its saying hissssssssss but higher pitched but not incredibly high i guess medium and since almost a mix between eeeeee and hisssssss but more on the hissssss side. Guess a mixture. My left ear just does ssssssssss like a snake or something.. Almost not even an actual pitch just the sound..Confusing.--- oh and my right ear sounds like its goin a mile a minute where my left hiss sounds like its goin slower in motion-- anyone have slower or faster tones???

 

Yeah, a high pitch hissing is probably a better way to describe what I hear as well. "Ringing" is just what people are accustomed to calling the noise, so that's what I call it.

My left ear does exactly what you describe... my right ear : bells and morse code. The hiss sounds more like shhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

 

A ring sound would be like a dial tone ring like eeeeeeeeeeee constant but yeah everyone just calls it "ringing". Hissing is more like hissssssssss or sssssssss mixed or whatever. I prefer a hiss though.

 

Hey good for the most part i guess! Yeah hiss and bells for me too in the right ear.. It like swaps back and forth every 15 mins or soo.

 

I just have hiss constantly .. but some times i get the ringing tone if my jaw becames very stiff.
