I uploaded a file.

This sketch that I draw shows this incident that happens outside.

The orange guy shouts out at about 110-120 dB voice. There is a red guy about 15 cm ~1 Inch away from the orange guy and his left ear is facing towards him.

So my question is how many dB's is the sound when it travels to red guys ear?

@GregCA English is not my mother tongue. So could you help me a little? How loud is it according ro this site?
Search for "dbspl". I enter the following: 0.01 meter from the source is 115dB. The calculator on the site tells me that the sound is 91.5 dB at 0.15 meter... This calculation assumes that the 110-120 dB was measured 1 cm from the person's mouth. It also assumes that dBspl = dB.
