   I was told by an audiologist that frequent cardio exercise can help tinnitus because it will increase blood flow to the ear.

   Cause of Tinnitus:

   Barking dogs/stress

   I use a stairstepper for about an hour every day. No difference. Maybe it depends upon the cause of the tinnitus.
