How Loud Is Styrox Breaking?

      Cause of Tinnitus:
      Acoustic trauma (go-kart racing)
      I was cleaning our cottage's outdoor toilet and it has this styrox cover that is 20×30cm I fell and my whole weight was on that piece of styrox and it broke. In my opinion it made really loud noise and I was only like 40cm away from it.

      Can this exposure to this single loud crack cause temporary hearing loss or make my tinnitus worse?

      I would be surprised if there was any impact to your hearing.

      It might cause a 3-day spike, but it will probably not going to be a permanent spike...
