Yesterday I was in a noisy van. How long should I rest my ears?

Till your next van drive. Vans aren't loud enough to be a problem.

Now that you have T, your ears have been compromised and it makes sense to listen to your body and stay away from all of the noises that feel uncomfortable to you. Over time, hopefully fewer noises will feel uncomfortable...

@Amber ummm... a car with drive window down is 100 db and while I was at that van for 4 hours it was probably 100 db.
