Hi, recently had flu, and now have very congested ears after a couple of days of extreme sneezing. What should I do to get rid of this congestion as it's very uncomfortable and has spiked my tinnitus?

You could try steam inhalation and a mucous medicine like Sudafed to clear your tubes.
See your doctor if not any better over the weekend as he could try you with a nasil spray.

Thank you! Just started with the steam inhalation, which is definitely helpful. Is sudafed definitely alright to take? I do already have a nasal spray but I can only take it once a day.

Sudafed is a mucodine to clear moucus so should help but talk to the chemist as there are others also.

Sudafed worked great for me in a few days. (Note, the real stuff, not “Sudafed PE”)

Gonna see how it goes for a couple of days then turn to sudafed if it has not improved. Just hoping my tinnitus will go back down after this congestion
