How to Speak on the Phone with Tinnitus?

      Cause of Tinnitus:
      Infection in ear

      I can hear my tinnitus when I speak on phone... and it is usually with a long call. Like with auditors and client.... does someone have a tip how I can tall with client without letting tinnitus get my attention and disturb me.

      Loud music/gigs probably
      I think thats the answer we are all after..

      I don't have to remove my hearing aids when I talk on the phone (means I sometimes poke them right into my ears).

      The best tip I can give is to concentrate hard on what they are saying as it is only when the other party is speaking that you will be much troubled by your tinnitus.

      I use speaker phone.
