Hello. Is it possible to explain me this a bit more. I also believe suffer from TTTS

I believe I have that too. I have ear fullness that fluctuates and I have dizziness along with whooshing sound when I lift my head. It's so scary my ent just told me to take Flonase and hold my nose to "pop my ears" I don't know what to do. That doesn't work as soon as I swallow it goes back to feeling full
