I am 20 year old female, and a week ago I felt both my ears fill up and ringing started happening while I was eating dinner.
It hasn't gone away, it scared me so much I paid 700 to see a ENT specialist. Who said my ears were not damaged by any noise exposure and the hair cells in my ears were healthy and I have normal hearing. Has given me tablets for 'pressure' in my left ear but I've taken them for 6 days and no difference. I don't think this is the problem. My ears crackle when I open my jaw and I have a ache in both occasionally on and off.
When I put fingers in both ears I hear a long beep sound like the sound of a electrical beep can't really explain it but it's just a constant sound.
I think it must be ETD because of the crackling when my jaw moves would suggest mucus in my ears? Please help desperate to diagnose this it's driving me crazy.
