I Found The Following Tinnitus Treatment Protocol...

I found the following tinnitus treatment but I am not sure on 100%:
1. Do not exercise your neck, no turning, touching, stretching etc.
2. Take two caplets of L-Taurine in the morning every day.
3. Every other day (very important, not every day otherwise you're going to experience some very strong abdominal pain), gently rub your neck with a very small amount of Arnica Gel at 7% (half a dime) on your worst side or both sides (available in organic stores).
4. You should sleep with 2 or 3 pillows, never flat on the bed (also very important, that's why sleeping or taking a nap induces tinnitus, because of poor, stagnant circulation).
5. NEVER take Ginko Biloba, do not eat tomatoes, or try to minimize all kind of food made with tomatoes (hard, I know...), do not drink orange juice, lemon juice or apple vinegar or very acidic food.
6. Do not take Vitamin C supplements (stop it now), minimize food rich in Vit C (keep it a 60-80 mg/day). Eat lettuce, oignons, carrots potatoes, cucumber this kind of vegetable and no more than one apple or other fruit a day. Bananas are OK in moderation.
7. NEVER drink tea, even green or white tea they induce tinnitus.
8. Never take aspirin or ibuprofen, take acetaminophen instead.
9. A lot of prescribed drugs increase tinnitus, check it.
10. Minimize salt and coffee because they accelerate metabolism and blood pressure.
11. Do not eat sea salt, algae, anything with iodine and do not take sea bath because your skin will absorb iodine, the worst of the worst..
This is the result of 7 years with tinnitus.
