I Think Mustard Raised My Tinnitus Today

Usually when I wake up my tinnitus stays the same throughout the day.

Today I woke up and tinnitus was low, about 1.5 hours later I had a sandwich from Panera bread and right after my tinnitus increased.

I never usually have mustard, so I'm thinking that is why my tinnitus went up.

Important to mention it went down again, which is why I wouldn't forgo something i enjoy eating if it is temporary.

I don't doubt it. One of mustards primary ingredients is Vinegar. Vinegar to me is like rocket fuel because..... it makes my tinnitus sky rocket

It might have been related to all the sodium in the sandwich and not necessarily just the mustard.
