Hi Folks,
This is my first visit to a "tinnitus" forum, despite having 't' since the 1970's! (Musician - guitar - originally playing Hendrix and still passionate about playing but for many years been using professional earplugs with attenuators because of having 't'.)
I'm here because in just three weeks my hearing loss and 't' has increased to difficult levels to manage and I'm looking to hear, (pun intended), about others experiences and possibly share mine to those who are completely new to 't'.
If you're wondering why I'm using a small 't' for the word tinnitus, it's because I've realised that using a capital letter is giving it more importance!!! I know that from experience when I'm concentrating on other things it's far less noticeable.
Great to be here! (Oh and yes, I should have listened to my Dad too!)
