I am taking a class through the UW Stevens Point on Health Literacy and we need to create a pamphlet about tinnitus.

We need to gather input from people that suffer with Tinnitus and find out what information would you find useful/helpful in a pamphlet on Tinnitus. If you could help me out I would greatly appreciate it.

What are 3 things you would want included in a pamphlet on Tinnitus?

Interesting idea. Maybe different types of tinnitus and their associated causes, and treatment options, as well as contact to resource centres.

You should include that LOUD music/ environments are BAD for your ears.

You should say that sugar and coffee is BAD for tinnitus.

You should say that Relaxation and a proper diet is a MUST for tinnitus suffers....
