Inner Ear Spasms Sound Like Clicking "TIK TIK TIK"

I'm going to make this as short as possible.

Current symptoms
1. Tinnitus (I'm fine with it).

2. Very obvious and felt contraction and detraction of my ear muscles when I hear a sound (I'm fine with it).

3. I hear this high pitched tik tik tik tik noise inside of my ear, almost like a little mouse clicking inside of it, it is something rhythmic, sometimes random, it starts at random times and lasts for various periods, I could sort of actually feel it happen inside of my hear.

tik tik tik, tik tik tik tik tik, tik tik, tik tik tik tik tik, tik tik, tik, tik tik tik tik tiktiktiktik tik etc...
or TIN TIN, TIN TIN TIN, TIN TINTINTINTIN, TIN TIN TIN TIN TIN etc...

No idea how else I could describe it.

I think the contraction and detraction reacting to sound is caused by tensor tympani syndrome. But what is this other inner ear rhythmic clicking?

Now I am not ok with that, it is driving me mad.

I went to 2 ear specialists, and none had a clue what this was, I did tons of tests and paid tons of money and I don't even have a diagnosis.

Please, for the love of all gods and living things, if you know what this is or know where I can find information, please help me.
