Interesting Observation I Came Across With My Tinnitus Loudness

I know a lot of people post different volumes of T for different days and no one really knows why there are good days and why there are bad days. I've had 4 months to experiment and I think I might have found a correlation between the different volumes experienced on different days. If I have a stress/anxiety filled day my T will be loud sometimes right after the stress, but not always. The next day is always a bad one with loud T. No matter how little stress I have the T remains loud during that day, but if that day I can keep the stress/anxiety down the next day is a good day. Has anyone else had similar experiences? or possibly noticed the same thing.

 

My T never fluctuates. If it goes up it stays.
