      This video explains the mechanisms behind stress really well. It also shows the effects it has on the brain; obviously some of this directly ties in with tinnitus and tinnitus perception.

      Multi-factorial
      So exercise and meditation compose the treatment for people with T caused by stress. Very useful video, thanks for sharing.
