Hi everyone. Lying here trying to sleep and just realized I really miss the sound of silence and just had a lightbulb go off that I will not be hearing silence again.
The thought made me cry.
I've spent the better part of my 57 years living with tinnitus. It was never a challenge until for some reason it's becoming a challenge the past couple years.
Now it's much louder all the time and is super loud when I get overtired.
I'd like to be prepared. How much worse can this get?
Not looking for remedies. Just others experiences with this.
