Is that normal with tinnitus from hearing loss?

My tinnitus-free ear doesn't have this problem, but my left ear does. If I rub around my ear or pull on my ear lob it sounds and feels as if I have water or fluid in my ear.

I know I actually don't because I recently have had them cleaned.

I am just wondering if others have this?

I also have ear fullness. Honestly, it makes the tinnitus worse. I would say it is not abnormal to have this with tinnitus.

I have similar feelings in my ears. Doesn't feel like fluid though. The T is worse on my left side and so is the fullness.

I had fullness, H, and ear pain when I got my initial noise trauma but it went away after a month or so.

I had a recent spike a month ago and the fullness came back. I really hope it goes away this time too.
