I'd like to know this as well. Seeing as no one responded I'm guessing it's rare. I will say this though, I've had this weird clicking for about 6 months now and for at least one or two it didn't bother me. I could still hear it but I didn't react. I don't know what made it worse again but I'm having issues ignoring it.
