Is Methylfolate Induced Tinnitus Reversible?

I took daily 15 mg doses of Life Extension Methylfolate for a month, as prescribed by a doctor, according to a genetic test result.

It made my tinnitus to increase. Now it is 3 x higher than before. It is driving me crazy...

Now, almost 2 months after stop taking the supplement, my folic acid serum level is above the detection limit of the laboratory blood test kit and the eritrocity folic acid level 25% above the upper reference.

Is there a way to lower these levels in my blood? I need to accelerate It.
